The Cingular
2125 has the Cingular
banners as start up and shut
down splash images. You can change these to whatever
images you want.
Start off by copying the image
file(s) that you want to your device's windows
folder.
Using your registry
editor, you will navigate to the following folder to change the start
up picture:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\Startup\2
For key "Splash",
change the image file to the start up image
file you copied to the windows folder.
Then you will navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\Shutdown\1
For key "Splash", change the image
file to the shutdown image
file you copied to the windows folder.
Reboot and you will see your new start
up and shut down splash images.
