The Cingular
2125 will
store
temporary internet files, cache
and cookies
to a folder on your device's RAM. After time, this can build up and
start taking over all of your internal memory. By changing the storage
location to your Storage Card, you will
prevent internal memory loss.
Start off by creating
3 folders on your storage card to store the files
in. I created "Cache",
"Cookies" and "History".
Using your registry
editor, you will navigate to the following folder:
HKey_Current_User/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Explorer/Shell
Folders
Change the directory under all
3 values to point to the respected folders you created.
Reboot and your Internet
Explorer files will be stored on your storage
card.
