These are Registry Tweaks, you will need a registry editor in order to perform these tweaks. I recommend using either PHM Registry Editor by Philippe Majerus (aka RegistrySTG) for an "on device" registry editor, or Breaksoft's Mobile Registry Editor for an "on PC registry editor" (this editor can be used on your PC that goes through Activesync to edit the registry on your device). Both of which are freeware. And always remember to back up your current registry first!
